This is a YouTube video titled "where your resume is failing #resumewriting #resumetips" (created 2025-07-31T18:43:17Z). It contains a short monologue from a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) giving resume-writing advice: emphasize specific, quantified accomplishments instead of generic “laundry list” tasks (e.g., describe transformations and revenue impact).

Another thing that no one does. Tell me what you've actually done. Tell me what you've actually accomplished. Most of y'all are just giving me laundry lists. It's almost like your wife telling you to do things. I did the laundry. I did the dishes. I did this. I need key specific things you have done and get as quantitative as possible. I transformed an app using this technology and this technology that allowed the company to make this amount, this amount of revenue.
