Figure out the problem they're trying to solve. I've done a ton of interviews. I have, and I've, I've tried to figure out why they're hiring. I was like, hey, what are you guys looking for? They're like, well, we're kind of looking for a salesperson. I said, great, I do that. Do you guys do social media? They're like, no, we don't do that. So then what was my next interview? My next interview was like bang, bang, bang, bang. Like, I, I had a one-pager, right? So what I did is I learned what they were hiring for on the first call, and then the second call I had a document in front of me.
