This gentleman over here says he's in an industry that's dying, but he loves his job. What does he do? Listen, I think we all need to be and always be networking right now. You need to be talking to everybody here, and it's not a shame to be like, yo, I'm low-key looking. Low-key? I mean, honestly, everybody should be low-key looking. If we're just being honest here, everybody should be low-key looking right now, right? How many people in here have gone through layoffs or survived layoffs at the company you're at right now? Raise your hand. Everybody who has their hand raised should be looking for a job. Yep. I just had a director of engineering hit me up. I placed him 6 years ago in an architect role. He hit me up, he goes, I survived 6 rounds of layoffs, they finally got me. And I'm in my mind, I'm like, damn dude, why didn't you start, you know, hit me up before, maybe like the 4th round, not the 6th round, right? So again, low-key looking, that, that should be your conversation.
