Taylor Desseyn explains how to use your LinkedIn banner to stand out. Tie personal and professional elements together, like mentioning you're a dad or that you own a miniature donkey. A strong banner draws people in.

Again, drawing somebody into your profile is incredibly important. Let's talk about this banner section thing. I would really use this as a way to draw people into who you are, tying your personal and professional together. So whether you're passionate about cooking or like if I was on the job search again, I'd probably make it something around being a dad and being a husband or owning a miniature donkey. Again, drawing somebody into your profile is incredibly important.
