Your resume should highlight what you did, not what your team did. Use strong verbs like managed, drove, or achieved instead of assisted or supported. Keep team context to one or two bullets, then focus the rest on your measurable contributions.

I'm not hiring your team. I am hiring you for this role. Always try to say, this is what I did. Don't use the words assisted or supported. I think it needs to be managed this or achieved this or drove this initiative, right? And I'm okay with 1 or 2 bullet points giving me some context of the team you were on, what the team was responsible for doing. I think that's fine. But I think when it comes down to it, you need to give specific action words and take ownership of specific things that you have done.
