Essentially what I would do is if I knew you were distressed, I'd leave a slip. I mimicked— yes, I mimic the FedEx slips, but it said our real estate brokerage had all the thing on. But said, hey, sorry, missed you, you know, you need to call me for your package. Had a number, they called me because all I need to do was talk to them. Once I got them on the phone, I was very honest, transparent. Look, I get where you're at. The beauty of it was is I could relate. I was in that distress. I sold my own home.
