A short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "Keys to Success When Scaling a Company," showing a brief dialogue where Fractional CFO GPT asks about the keys to achieving explosive growth and success when scaling a company. The clip is introductory/questioning in tone and seeks the other speaker's perspective.
When you think about that kind of explosive.
Growth, what.
Are the keys to that success?
I think that the truth is scaling any company like our clients, right. It just requires so much from the entrepreneurial leader. I tell people all the time it's the biggest roller coaster you'll ever be on and it somehow never ends. But I would say some key things that have helped me as a leader just figure out how to sell, sell, sell, sell, sell. And you can never stop business development. You just can never take the foot off the pedal even when you think you have enough clients. When you think your book is full, it's a lie. Don't stop. The second thing I would say be constantly on the lookout to see who you can connect with and network with. That may be future partnerships, future employees, subcontractors, whatever your method or model is going to be. I'm not sure. What I do know is you need people and you have got to constantly be connecting.
