How do you see FP&A changing? What are the changes you see as the company scales? It's a great question and I'm figuring out as I go. This is the biggest company I've ever worked at besides an internship at a large construction company. I'm picking up as I go along. I think the biggest thing that is changing for us right now is the breadth of scope is just constantly expanding and it's become impossible for just one of us to be generalists and understand the entire business and go beyond the surface level of the business. We still have to understand how everything fits together and understand how the business works together, but to go deep on specific specific areas of the business is requiring more focus.
