I'm Lauren Perel, your CFO who loves great tech but hates long sales pitches. So I challenge software vendors to sell their product in under 3 minutes so you can decide if it's actually worth a demo. Can they convince you within the time limit? This is CFO Quick Pitch. Today I'm here with Steffen Hedlund, Head of Finance at Rillit. So Steffen, in 10 seconds or less, what is Rillit?
Rillit is a modern and AI-native ERP built for scaling tech companies. Think if NetSuite we're built today.
And what pain point does it solve?
Rillit's specifically built for companies struggling with revenue recognition, consolidation, and SaaS reporting.
Who is your ideal customer?
There are two entry points for Rillit. Either the first finance and accounting hire at a startup who has outgrown QuickBooks and is looking to upgrade to a modern system, or a scaled team that has a NetSuite renewal coming up, but is not getting good value from their system. Think between $10 and $200 million ARR, or someone who has multi-entity or recurring and usage revenue.
What differentiates you from the competition?
4 points. Modern UI/UX, which is really important as you're trying to scale quickly. Second is native integrations. There's no middleware with Rillet, no expensive connectors. Third is SaaS reporting is native in Rillet, comes directly out of the box. Finally is fast implementations. We do all the implementations in-house. You can be up and running in 4 weeks.
What would you say is your killer feature?
You can consolidate and combine your Stripe and CRM data directly in Releat. Releat pulls all your Stripe data in and auto-reconciles at the most granular level for detailed reporting. You combine that with your CRM data for automated revenue recognition, invoicing, and SaaS reporting.
And how much does your tool cost?
Think more than QuickBooks, but less than NetSuite. We start around $20K to $30K annually and work up from there depending on your complexity. You'll get much better ROI with Rillit than a NetSuite, and you won't pay for an expensive $50,000 or more implementation.
