As you become more senior in your career, and by senior I mean move up the leadership ladder, the less and less you generally use Excel. Not always, but as a general rule, there's almost inverse relationship to your title and your Excel use.
Agreed. Every now and then I might still surprise them with some little function they weren't aware of, but pretty soon they outstrip me. If you're using the Excel of 10 years ago, then yeah, you should get rid of it.
You shouldn't be using that. Learn all the great things it's added over the last decade.
