Jensen Huang predicted 100 AI agents per human. One founder is already living it at his startup. The real problem isn't the number of agents—it's keeping them all aligned with what you actually want them to do.

Jensen Huang just said NVIDIA plans to have 7.5 million AI agents working alongside 75,000 humans. That's 100 AI workers for every 1 person. And everyone's reacting like this is some wild prediction, but I'm actually building my startup right now where my team's already outnumbered by agents. Like, that's just, that's just Tuesday. And here's what nobody's talking about though. The bottleneck isn't the agents, it's actually the alignment across your agents and your humans. How do you manage context at scale across 100 agents per human? That's such an alignment problem. Aligning, meaning how do I make sure this agent is executing on the goals that I want to get to our targets, right? And then how do I do that across 100 agents? Anybody that's managed really big teams, and I have before, goal alignment, getting the troops to all row the ship the same way, so fucking hard. So yeah, the 100 to 1 number isn't really scary to me. That's totally the way the world is going. It's just more of how do we actually manage alignment and context in the details at scale? If you're not thinking about this, you're already behind.
