Short YouTube monologue by Robert Ta arguing that using AI for life advice will make people "dumber" unless they actively preserve agency by asking AI to play devil's advocate and by using their own judgment to make decisions.

AI is going to make you dumber unless you do this every single time you go to it for some life advice, which is the number one use case for AI, understand? It will make you stupider, it will steer you the wrong way. It will be a yes man unless you ask it to play devil's advocate. Ask it to go against your perspective and take that and use your actual brain to make an actual decision on your life. And in doing this, you're exercising your own agency to take the opposite point of view to round out your point of view. Do that and you'll maintain agency and you won't let AI control you.
