Short YouTube advice by Robert Ta arguing that AI can strongly bias users when asked for decisions or life coaching. He recommends explicitly asking the AI for multiple perspectives or to act as a devil's advocate so the user ‘stays in control’ and avoids being led by the AI’s default response.
Here's a hack for making sure that AI is thinking with you, not for you. AI could really bias the shit out of you. That's just true. Especially if you're asking for advice on a decision or life advice, coaching or something like that. I find it very useful to ask it hey, what are different perspectives that you can give me to round up my biases or act as the devil's advocate for your recent response? And using those types of techniques really helps you stay in control. Not the AI controls you.
