Bailman Public Daily Update Today I am working on all the stuff for an impending product launch and then trying to look through some research papers to figure out our market position for a very niche ideal customer profile like AI ML researchers who are really deep into conversational recommendation systems that think about it from a user centric evaluation perspective. Yeah so lots of deep technical jargon to work through and then map to more general audience language. That's something that I got to go through and have fun with to figure out defined positioning like what copy sort of works, what sort of design or branding would work. Also trying to re up my content game. I have been creating long form content for a while now so I have a good stash of podcasts that we have recorded. My co founder Jonathan and I for our build in public updates and all of our adventures building our startup so far and the traction that we've gotten so far working with Brian Johnson's Don't Die movement as a first use case so that's very exciting. For the day job I just had a couple presentations the last 24 hours to an all hands that I give for our engineering workforce. So just juggling a couple things. Day job, startup, bootstrapping the startup and then also today I got to take care of my health so gonna try to get a good climbing session in and a little bit of running. My body's still a little bit sore from a previous long run. So that's it for today. That's the build in public today build in public update today. I'm going to keep trying to do these pretty raw authentic build in public updates for what is the life like doing Very high level day job so I'm chief Product architect at a software company. I'm also bootstrapping an AI startup on the side that is starting to get some traction which is really fun. Trying to solve AI alignment at the intersection of longevity in particular.
