You can also do custom metrics. And some of the custom metrics that we're thinking about are personalization. I want to know how well does my chatbot understand the user that it's talking to? And so, like, one of the top ones is like, can I identify them instead of knowable user cohorts? Or, like, how, how quickly they they match. Like, an existing profile of other customers in my database. So that I know, like, and I've been talking about, you could have cohorts that might be, like, goal oriented, like, I want to lose weight or I want to be a better sleeper, or I want to stop drinking alcohol. You know, these are all like a metaphysical set of habits, version of self, set of habits, identity that you are to an identity that you want to become. Right.
