This is a YouTube video titled "Choose your hard, with Dr. Serena Huang - listen to my guest interview of her come up from 13 year o" containing a personal or guest interview segment where a speaker reflects on the challenges of life choices such as marriage, immigration, and personal growth. The speaker shares insights about choosing one's heart despite difficulties. The content appears to be a monologue or single-speaker narrative without multiple participants.

You gotta choose your heart. Being married is hard. Being single is hard. Being divorced is hard. You gotta choose your heart. And the same with, you know, staying in this country as a child who have limited English capabilities, hard. But so is going back and then trying to come back again for school. That's also hard, right? And so I chose. I chose my heart. And sometimes I had moments of regret. Most of the time I don't, because I know I can't learn what I had learned without it. And that's always my encouragement to people I coach now. And even when I run into difficult situations, it's like, okay, this is not great, but how am I going to choose my heart?
