Whenever, whenever I go through, you know, I don't know if you get this. I've certainly talked to other founder friends who get this where you get like these almost manic depression waves where you're like, oh, I'm so excited, everything's going well. And then boom, something happens. Boom, another thing happens. Boom, another thing happens. And then three times a day. Yeah. And then you're like, I just got that phone call, this cancel. Oh, man, just get beat up, right? Yeah. And then you have this micro depression and you're like, just try to get at it. Like I just need to go to the gym. Like my spirit is down. Right. I always go back to this document and read what did previous me say? In a lucid state, unhindered by flight or fight kind of stress. And it helps. It helps. Actually.
