A four-tier framework for better AI outputs: C-tier is zero-shot prompting (fast but inconsistent), B-tier adds 2-3 examples, A-tier uses chain-of-thought reasoning, and S-tier injects rich user context for hyper-personalized results. The model's quality depends on the context you feed it, not the model itself.

Is your AI prompting approach complete trash? You want to listen to this. Here are 4 tiers of prompting approaches. C-tier: zero-shot prompting. You describe the task and ask for an answer. Fast, easy, inconsistent. Fine for casual use, not for production, not for customers. B-tier: few-shot prompting. You give the model 2 to 3 examples of the output you want before asking. Quality jumps up immediately. If you want to move to A-tier: chain-of-thought prompting. You ask the model to reason step by step before giving the final answer. Reasoning accuracy improves significantly for complex tasks. S tier. This is right context, right time. So injecting context at the point of user query and LLM output generation, you are not just prompting with examples and instructions, you're going to be prompting with deep user context. That means when a user uses one app in your ecosystem or another app in your ecosystem or another one, all of that points to the same user model. All the apps should kind of talk together and there should be a living memory or the right context at the right time to provide any of those applications for their AI experiences for better personalization. So then the output isn't just accurate, it is not generic, is much more personal, and I would call it hyper-personalized. That's the difference between C-tier and S-tier. It's not the model, it's what you give the model to work with. The right context at the right time.
