A short motivational monologue (YouTube) arguing that identity is formed by repeated patterns and daily actions rather than isolated moments. The speaker emphasizes self-awareness and aligning everyday behavior with desired roles (e.g., parent, executive, entrepreneur), critiques empty talk without action, and introduces a tool called "Clarity" designed to help people track and act toward their best selves.

I'm really sure about who I am. That's taking a lot of hard work. I don't want people to have to fight an uphill battle, figure themselves out. I think that everybody should know who they are, gain self understanding, self awareness, and align their daily actions with who they want to become. Ultimately, you want to be the best dad ever while you working on it? Want to be the best tech executive while you working on it? What about the best entrepreneur? Are you working on that daily? You want to be the best mother, the best brother, the best sister, the best daughter, the best so. Or what are you doing daily? Or is that just talk? You gotta walk the walk, you gotta run, you gotta sprint, get to flying. That's why I built Clarity. So that I know every single day I'm actioning towards my best self and every identity that matters to me. And I built it so that everybody else could figure this shit out too. Because I believe everybody deserves a chance to know who they are and become their best self. That's it.
