The 3 Levels of Self Awareness

In this solo talk, Robert Ta outlines a three‑tier model of self‑awareness. Level 1 (Data) is about collecting measurable signals such as sleep scores, heart rate, calendar events, and email activity; without this data you cannot manage yourself. Level 2 (Reflection) adds habitual review of those metrics, journaling, and external perspectives (friends, therapy, books) to interpret patterns, though blind spots may remain. Level 3 (Self‑Alignment) is the ultimate stage where you align daily actions with a future, purpose‑driven self, using a belief‑system and context graph to surface biases. Ta explains that his app, Clarity, was built to help users map their belief system, detect bias, and move from data to alignment. He invites viewers to comment their current level and promises guidance toward Level 3.
