How can you be your best self? Great question. I spent my life figuring this out and I'm still figuring it out. Here's what I've learned. Number one, you can only have seasons of priorities. So balance is kind of a myth. You find pockets of balance in life, whatever balance means for that season of your life in the identities you want to nurture and the pillars of self that you want to improve in or grow more stability. So pillars of life, what do I mean by that? There's your physical health, mental and emotional health, spiritual health, relational health, community health, family, you know, career, financial. And I found that you can only really be concentrating on a few of those at any point in time. And during the different seasons of your life, different ones take priority. Being cognizant of that already puts you ahead of the game where you could be more intentional about where your time is going for that season of your life to take the small steps into the bigger steps of becoming your best self. Know the pillars of self that you want to invest in and the priority order for the season of life you're in that make up the steps to the bigger steps of who you want to become. Broad strokes. That's what I figured out anyway. Stay tuned for more. I believe in you. Get after it.
