Open company. No bullshit. What that meant was like, everything's out in the open. That company ran off of Confluence. Everything was in this open wiki. You could find out who you sold the product to, or you can see the sales calls. All the history of everything was there, which I thought was fascinating for someone coming in new. It was a treasure trove of information, decisions on product, why they built it this way. I could do that. It was way different. And I'd never experienced that before. But not only that, there's like so many other values of the company that were just like, spot on. Being the things you seek. PeopleSoft. I'd always heard that as apologize later, do it anyway sort of thing.
