Cloudflare is winning enterprise AI deals because it offers secure, compliant compute infrastructure for AI agents, not just raw processing power. Unlike Anthropic and OpenAI, Cloudflare positions itself as core infrastructure for the emerging agent economy, appealing to enterprise IT teams that need data-flow management and federal compliance built in.
What are your thoughts on this, um, like the Cloudflare Anthropic going against the OpenAI AWS?
Yeah, I guess you can already deploy the Anthropic agents on AWS. I'm not sure if it's as tightly integrated as the managed agents offering that you can deploy OpenAI agents with on AWS. But, uh, yeah, I think we're just gonna see a lot of this kind of gradual evolution. These companies themselves are figuring out, you know, how they're getting these systems to work and then they're, um, taking their best practices and trying to make it easier for customers to do the same thing. I think it's going to be a continually evolving landscape, but, uh, it's really empowering to see so many options.
Yeah, it's really interesting to see like Cloudflare positioning themselves as true infra in this agent economy. And now like, I think they're positioning to enterprises as like, hey, we, we could sell into your IT team and hey, we know what we're doing with agents too. So if you're R&D departments need compute, like you could run your safe compute on here and we are federally compliant and all of that good stuff. So that, that's really interesting because I'm sure other— like compute is like the thing to get, but at an enterprise to land, it's not just the compute, it's also the security that goes in with a lot of these tools to manage your data flows and stuff like that. Yeah.
