Your company brain is not a model

In this presentation Robert Ta explains why many organizations chase an abstract “company brain” and how the Clarity open‑source harness provides a concrete way to build one. He describes a workflow where agents—such as a PM Storywriter, research, and design agents—consume raw artefacts (e.g., customer interview transcripts) to extract learnings, create digital twins of customers, stakeholders, and internal personas, and store those insights as first‑class annotations in a data warehouse. Each annotation records its provenance (the original transcript, the agent run that generated it) creating a lineage that can be replayed and reused. By treating annotations and agent runs as data, the system can scale from a few hundred runs today to thousands tomorrow, and support multiplayer collaboration where multiple users benefit from each other’s annotated knowledge. The talk emphasizes the importance of making learning artifacts persistent, queryable, and composable so that future agent runs automatically inherit prior insights, enabling continuous, accelerated learning across the enterprise.
