Two people debate whether AI will destroy jobs or just change them. They argue that hands-on work like emergency medicine and process engineering has irreplaceable elements. One estimates their own job security at 90 to 95 percent.
Questions this video answers
Approximately 90–95%.
It's going to definitely change how we approach medicine. Do you think AI is going to kill us all? Take our jobs? You go first.
If we put in the regulations, it's not going to be able to get further, far.
Enough to kill us.
Same thing with taking jobs. I think it's.
Inevitable.
That it's going to keep advancing. So obviously for my profession at least going to academy, there's some irreplaceable stuff that AI just can't do. Being a process engineer, you're always going to have to be hands on with it. Obviously you can have automation in the background and stuff. I feel I'm not endangered.
For job security wise. I think AI is something that we can use as a tool, but it's something that it's going to definitely change how we approach medicine. I know radiology is a little bit scared of how their job line is going to work for me. I'm not interested in radiology. So I. What are you interested in? Emergency medicine or somewhere along that line. Okay, so like trauma, that kind of stuff? Yeah, yeah. Okay, so you feel like 100% job security? Probably like 90, 90, 95. Like I'm not too concerned about for myself.
