In this demonstration, the presenter explains a custom animation controller designed for animatronics. The device supports 16 independent channels, each capable of recording a position via a button press after adjusting an LCD-controlled dial. These recorded positions form a keyframed animation sequence that can be played back repeatedly. The controller can drive multiple facial features such as two eyes, eyelids, eyebrows, and a mouth. Additionally, the board includes built‑in audio output and offers Bluetooth and serial interfaces for external control.
