Tiger Buford and a co-speaker explain how a trauma-care startup outpaces industry giants by starting from scratch and thinking from first principles. Small and agile, they're doubling sales yearly while incumbents are stuck with massive, inflexible operations.
incumbent trauma company could ever do this. You know, you, you talked about the four giants. It had to be a new company that started with a blank sheet of paper and they said, what, you know, what would it look like if this was simple and from, from first principles? And I, I mean, that's, I applaud you guys. That's awesome.
I mean, I, when I discuss like with respect to the competitors, I'll be honest, like I think where we are right now is where everybody needs to be in 5 to 10 years. It's that they just got these huge battleships that they're just— well, some of them are going to try to turn that way. Some of them are like, ah, we're just making too much money the way we're doing it. We're just going to keep status quo. I think we have a good track record in how we're approaching the market. And I think we're going to keep going pretty good.
Yeah. Well, another thing is you're so small that you can get a tiny market piece of market share and double sales, you know, every year. Which is, which is beautiful.
