The insurance companies go, we're, we're gonna not cover this as an inpatient. It's an outpatient procedure. It's the insurance company calling the shots. So surgery scheduled 3 months prior, the day before the surgery, oh, it's been canceled unless you do a peer-to-peer. So think how disruptive that was to the patient. We know cancellations within 24 hours cost us close to $2,000. And the reason they're doing it is they don't pay as much if you do it as an outpatient versus an inpatient. That's it. It's just, it's cost savings. It's not a quality issue, it's cost.
