LinkedIn posts disappear fast, but YouTube videos stick around and get recommended for years. Tiger Buford calls LinkedIn posts "fart-in-the-wind" compared to YouTube's searchable library and algorithm. Companies should build their content library on YouTube, not LinkedIn, for lasting reach.
That's a good way to look at it. So you look at, to look at content as assets, you want to build an asset library, a content library, and that's, those are things that you can use kind of like an armamentarium. That's a good idea.
So that's a really good comment about LinkedIn. LinkedIn's the content is ephemeral. It just, it just disappears like a fart in the wind. YouTube is there forever and it's searchable. And I, I'm a big fan of YouTube because it, the recommendation engine.
Yes. And that's why, you know, on the talk, I, I wanted to go follow— I followed you today, uh, Tiger. I think I got a notification, same, you know, you followed me. And that, that's how I think YouTube is something that, uh, I'm certainly— my eyes have been opened to that point. Uh, I would focus on that if I'm a company. Yes, LinkedIn is— everybody's on there, but YouTube, I would not skip out on that in terms of your strategy for 2026 or 2025.
