Tiger Buford explains how a scanning app captures patient anatomy in seconds, then Icarus software automatically designs a custom brace and nests it for HP Multi Jet Fusion printers. The whole workflow runs overnight in a dedicated print farm, cutting production time from weeks to hours.

I, I know you're talking about the product, but I think you guys, you have great product, but it's, you've completely changed the workflow. I think you're, the innovation is more in the workflow almost from scanning the patient to shipping.
I'm so glad you brought that up. That's a great surprise. You know, this all starts with the scan. We've developed our own scanning app, but essentially all you do is take a quick scan, takes a matter of a couple seconds, and what that's gonna do is create a point cloud dataset, right? And then you can submit that scan directly to Icarus and we begin the process. So a lot of the work has been in developing the backend automation software to process, orient that scan data, and then design a brace that is custom around that patient. And you could see here, so scan, modeling, and then the braces are nested in a build unit like this and queued up in our print farm, right? Currently these are all HP Multi Jet Fusion printers. So, and then it prints it overnight. And so we're running this thing 24/7 practically, and, you know, expanding
