Aecho AI works best for HR teams at large companies drowning in thousands of applications. The tool quickly shortlists massive resume volumes and generates reports for hiring managers, replacing crude keyword searches with AI that actually works.
This is a really, really good tool for bulk recruiting for larger companies.
Where I think where we are is bulk to take large numbers and to shortlist it, which is the time-consuming process. And then what's nice about it is the recruiter or the actual, the company that's doing the hiring will now can see some report and get an idea of that candidate. Before they come in to have the face-to-face or, you know, online, uh, interview. So it's helpful.
See, I can see the buyer of this would be the head of HR in a large company to give the tool to their internal recruiters who, because they're completely overwhelmed and they just end up with thousands of resumes and, you know, they have no idea. I see that all the time. They go into the black hole and I've heard they use bots for keyword searches, but this would be way better than using bots.
