Physicians should outsource front-desk work, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing to reclaim time. New practices also benefit from outsourcing branding and social media strategy to stand out in a crowded market.
Is there anything you'd love, like, if you're kind of been asked, but maybe just kind of restate in a different way of that, that doctors that's maybe starting up or just get, or even just busy, but kind of solo entrepreneur, just areas to start to look at to kind of triage. Like, these are usually the top 3 to 5 things that like you can get off your plate.
Yep. If you're talking about branding and social media and things like that, it is branding. Aside from, like I said, what we found inside practices, which is the things I look at are front desk management, patient intake, front desk triage, because those are the challenges that you see inside your office when it has to do with difficulty hiring and retaining. Like I said, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, those are very time-consuming. And when you hire someone in your office and they don't show up to work, a lot of times that's when the practices get very, very, uh, in some very challenging positions. We talked a little bit about billing and invoicing as well. So if you look at that side of it, um, that's internal kind of the operations that you stated before on the front end marketing side, it is a content creation and posting, especially if you're brand new. Like you said, it's creating a brand for yourself and really pulling yourself out from all the competition that's in your area.
