Medical practices often lack discipline because they skip the fundamentals: clear KPIs for every role. Track chart closure within 24 hours, after-hours charting time, and daily visit count. AI flags gaps and recommends tasks for nurses, assistants, and front-desk staff, creating a feedback loop that turns data into better operations.

practice, use AI to help them understand and how to maintain a better organized, more disciplined practice, maybe produce procedures, policies, et cetera. Bring then you guys in where you read that together, you understand that together, and you provide a more, I call it sophisticated in a more aligned way. Talk a little bit about that process and why do so many fail?
Yeah, that's a great question. I think a lot of practices should start with the end in mind first. What I mean by that And, you know, we talk about KPIs or metrics. I think every office should have those type of metrics. I think one of the challenges is many physician offices don't look at it like that. So they could use AI to answer your question. They could use AI to say, what are the best metrics to look at? What my nurse should be doing every day, my medical assistant should be doing every day, my front desk manager should be doing every day, my office manager. So once you start plugging those in, you'll find, you know, different types of metrics like what's the chart closure rate percentage today? What is it within 24 hours? What are your after-hours charting time? How many visits per day? And the point I'm getting at is there's always a metric and a result. So what we do very well is we get what that metric is, track them every day with our medical virtual professionals, and then we review them. And what could we do better the same
