Clinicians spend 50-60% of their day on paperwork, EHR work, and admin tasks instead of seeing patients. RIVA maps a practice's workflows to identify what can be delegated, creating clear hand-offs that reduce burnout.

The other side you see where it causes burnout is the clerical or administrative side of it. That's documentation, navigating the, the electronic health records, it's coding, it's chasing down labs, imaging, prior authorization forms, refills, scheduling back and forth, etc., etc., which often eats up about 50 to 60% of their time, which in the end creates burnout and doesn't allow them to really focus on the patient.
No, that makes a ton of sense. And as you look at this virtual assistants and almost assistants of any kind, whether they're virtual or local, one of the biggest challenges that you see people in smaller practices or senior executives who are also physicians, you know, on a, on a daily basis, they have trouble understanding what delegation might mean and how to do the delegation. So how does RIVA help understand how to delegate? How do you describe that process so that you know where the clean endpoints are between one task versus another and handing them out and orchestrating these are kind of tough. So how does somebody learn about that?
Well, it's interesting. We have a client service manager that actually walks through each. So I'll give an example. Whenever we have a new client come on, we walk through exactly what their day-to-day workflows are and where the gaps are in their, in their in their practice, and it helps very, very well because it always comes back to what is it? Is it clinical or is it clerical?
