Solo physicians often resist hiring a virtual assistant out of fear they'll lose control or quality. But if a VA handles tasks at 80% of your level, you free up 20-40 hours weekly to focus on patient care. The math works.
Do you find there— I gotta, I gotta assume there's probably commonalities when someone engages that there's kind of these friction points or things that maybe doctors need to just get comfortable letting go. Is there, is there things that kind of come to mind if you have someone that's kind of hesitant to think about this and just like how to get them in the right mindset for this to be successful? Yeah.
You know, we found it, it doesn't, It's kind of interesting because in any business, a lot of times when you have, let's say, solopreneurs or practices, a lot of times it's very difficult letting go. And we find it, the 80/20 rule, no matter what it is in the medical office or if it's in any type of office, 80% is better than nothing, right? So think about this, you— no one can answer a question better than you ever, right, in your expertise. But if someone could answer it 80% as good as you, then you just literally just gained 20, 30, 40 hours a week by offsetting a task that could answer it 80% as good as you.
Yeah. And I think that's, that's really just simple and helpful way to frame it that so many doctors are, are kind of a little feared to let go of things, but they often are not the thing that kind of, again, that kind of serves them the best use to their time.
