I have a virtual assistant company. I've been doing this for a little over 10 years in a couple different spaces— medical space, real estate space, etc. So we deal with a lot of doctors, deal with a lot of offices, practices, etc. Like I said, we've been doing this for some time now. We do everything from, you know, medical, the medical side, meaning front desk management, some of the tasks that we specialize in, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, billings, invoicing, social media, website management, etc. So like I said, we've been doing this for a long time. We specialize in basic stuff of creating more efficiency, reducing costs, and saving everybody time. What we found lately, working with a lot of different practices, it's getting more and more difficult to hire and retain talent. For some reason, I don't know if it's the economy, but the last number of years, you know, we've seen that to be a very big challenge for practices and in offices, etc. So we hone in on staffing those offices to, like I said, create more efficiency, save costs, etc.
