A lot of offices that come to us, we had 3 this week that came to us that tried just a generic provider that wasn't trained in the whole medical space. So we have a month of training before they even get to a, a provider. So it's very, very important to— it's a distinct difference between just a virtual assistant and a medical virtual assistant. Or a virtual professional.
Yeah, that's a great distinction, in fact. And that goes back to— it's almost like whenever you do any outsourcing, if you try to outsource before you understand what your entire workflow and your processes are, you almost end up having more difficulties with the outsourcers. And then you say, oh, well, outsourcing failed. Well, no, outsourcing didn't fail. You have to know what are your workflows, what are your processes, what are your procedures. And then, you know, that's why I love the idea that you guys actually have folks that can come in and help with that alignment and understanding. Because this is what I've seen in many practices where they themselves don't have a repeatable set of processes and procedures, and then they do different things on different days with different patients on a weekly and biweekly or monthly basis. And then they hope that somebody new coming in will handle that.
