It contains a short monologue from a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) giving advice to startup founders: learn the statistics (notes ~90% of startups fail within the first five years), make sure the venture is your dream to sustain motivation, and surround yourself with a strong team of people smarter/kinder/better than you who share your vision.

First piece of advice is learn the statistics. The rough number is 90% of startups fail within the first 5 years. If you're not okay with this number, don't start. Second piece of advice is make sure this is your dream, because if not, you wouldn't have the energy and motivation to follow through. And third piece of advice, the most important, surround yourself with a strong team. Surround yourself with people that are smarter, faster, better, kinder than you are, and enroll them into your vision. That is your pathway to success.
