In this short segment from Tim Draper's YouTube video, a live demonstration of a humanoid robot takes an unexpected turn when the robot suddenly kicks. The kick is revealed to be the result of an accidental press of a nearby controller button, not a planned action. The presenters react with surprise and humor, expressing concern for the robot’s well‑being before confirming it is fine. The exchange highlights the challenges of precise control interfaces for advanced robots and the light‑hearted atmosphere of the demo.

Okay, here we go.
I was, like, looking at the hands of the robot. Out of the blue, he goes like—
Whoa!
I wasn't expecting that at all.
Whoa!
I did it!
And I think all of us at first were like, oh my gosh, is he okay? And then he was okay, and it was just really funny.
Sorry about that. I had no idea the robot could kick, but the buttons are right next to each other. I accidentally held the wrong button on the controller, so that was a— I don't know— happy accident.
That was not great.
