Chapters

We as women in this area have to prove ourselves. I needed to work, I would say, double the time to be heard, to be at the table with my male colleagues. One of my coworkers that I worked with, he told me, you know, you also have to create these communities because men are sticking together, we're helping each other. You have to leverage this power for the female community. And this is where I also myself in Stacks, we have 50% female founders and coworkers today, which I'm very proud of. And this is what I remind myself every day, how hard it was for me, so that we have to support each other and help each other.
