Tim Draper talks about being inspired to help change campus placements in India, emphasizing how hard entrepreneurship is and his desire to create better opportunities for Indian women.

He said he's working on this idea to change the way campus placements work in this country. And I felt at that moment itself that I need to be a part of it too. Entrepreneurship is not easy and there's really less help out there. I always wanted to be able to create more impact in the lives of Indian women because they really don't get the opportunity. It's not everybody in India gets that opportunity. I feel that so many women deserve it.
