Tim Draper is the wildest person I've ever met. He's such an amazing human being. I think what he looks for really in an entrepreneur is someone that has built true frustration about something, an industry, a problem, and wants to put all his energy in his life to change it. So someone with big ideas, a strong North Star, and go and tackle those problems.
