I don't think so. I mean, I think in Silicon Valley almost, like, the whole age dynamic thing is just, it almost doesn't exist. If there was that kind of weird dynamic of, I guess you'd call it disrespect, or it's almost condescending if someone talks down to you, no matter what your age is or something, then, I mean, I'm their boss, right? I could just kick them out. So I think that's pretty well understood. I think it's all about the culture you create, and you craft the whole dynamic around yourself. If you want to be treated with the respect, and you want to set the dynamic, then just present the context of the conversation or how you interact with that person in that way. I think I'd only hire someone that has that kind of relationship with me, and in the interview process, or so much, that comes across. Definitely in fundraising. I met with 100+ people when I was raising money for this company. I mean, there's a bunch of people like that, but I mean, I didn't want to take their money. But yeah, I mean, everyone I have dealt with in the past kind of 2 years, I've got just nothing but respect from, and it's fairly mutual. Cool.
