Teen Tech Ed uses weekly and monthly surveys to track customer satisfaction and find what needs fixing. The survey results act as their main way to measure how happy customers actually are.

The next question is about customer connection. For us as the B2C business and startup, it is very important that our customers are happy. Each week and each month we are doing certain survey that identifies how much they are happy with our services and how much it is going well. So for us, this is the key indicator how we are determining how our customers are happy and to which degree we can improve our services.
