My name is Kenny Brown. I'm from Southlake, Texas, originally from LA. Stanford alumni, graduated in 2009. Now currently in dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. I think one thing that's happened to me since growing up in LA wasn't necessarily the best situation, but I've evolved. My mind has been opened. I think I've just been exposed to so much. that I'm constantly learning. I think what inspires me is to change the way we do things, have a big influence. I think that's the main reason why I came here. I was willing to take time off of dental school because I wanted to have a bigger impact than one tooth at a time. And we need each kind of people to make the world go. As far as big dreams, I would like to kind of change the way we do biotech, and that I think that is essential for life. Our health is maybe the most important thing we have. So I would like to be a part of that movement and be an influential figure of that movement. The experience here at Draper is much like a training camp or offseason as you're gearing up for the season because you're going nonstop. You don't stop. You go all the way from 9 to 10. When you're surrounded by the energy that long, It can only help. So I think a lot of people here are very special. I think they've done a great job of getting the students they did from different backgrounds with different ideas. But Draper really fosters that thought process. It fosters that creativity. It fosters pushing you to be better. And I think— and it's not misconceived that creativity is just, oh, flowing around. It's creativity pushed forward. We did a couple of things that just really just kind of popped our eyes open. One thing he kind of gave He gave an impromptu lecture on funding and different series, Series A, B, what happens to the stock, what happens to the entrepreneur, what happens with the funder. I think that was amazing. People didn't want to leave. Lecturers like Mike Cassidy who just give tangible, tangible tips that we're not going to get anywhere else. Things of that nature are extremely helpful, but we also need The other side, the yoga, the meditation, the games, the egg drop competitions to balance out our drive, our motivation to kind of keep us even keels. Hey Tim, I would like to challenge you in a free throw contest. Whoever makes the best out of 10, and let's say if I win, you fund any idea I have.
