Reupcycle buys plastic waste directly from people in Pakistan and converts it into raw material for fiber and containers. The company targets a $4 billion processing market with unlimited demand but constrained supply, projecting 10-20× growth through vertical integration and 10% margins.

We want to democratize recycling in Pakistan through a decentralized collection platform where we collect waste plastic. We actually buy it, giving everyone money to give us their plastic. We convert it into a raw material and sell it back to industries. So what the industry basically does is they make recycled bottles out of it and polyester fiber. We have unlimited demand and the supply is limited. We make small flakes, and those flakes are raw material inputs for polyester fiber and recycled bottle manufacturers or food containers. The market is huge. It's a $4 billion market of plastic in Pakistan. That's only processing. So if we vertically integrate, this can potentially grow 10, 15, 20x. Other than that, um, our unit economics are amazing. We're making 10% in-pocket margin, and globally it's a $400 billion market. And that's a conservative number I took because in places it says a trillion-dollar recycling market.
