Around 6 months ago, I struggled massively with my own mental health. To kind of work and operate every day, I found quite tricky because working remotely can be great, but you are online all the time. You know, Nick's been super supportive and a mentor, if anything. So that was the main thing that held me back, I think, my own mental health. But to find a balance between the two, which I have done recently. If there's an issue, we raise it together, we talk about it, we talk through it. If there's a mental health issue, we talk about it, we go through it, and we're stronger than ever. And we have such a strong unit between us all, which I think helps massively. I agree. This is a wonderful team. Yeah.
