How do you stay connected to the needs of your customers? Success and market research, I think, are the most important topics in our company. We always make sure that we meet the needs of our customers through a customer success programme. Also, with regard to features that we develop, we make sure— or our, for instance, product lead always does interviews with our customers to really stay connected to the market. I think this is the foundation of our company, because one of the rules of Stacks is customer first.
