Three founders pitch a workplace well-being platform that's already doing $415K in revenue. They claim it saves companies $1.5M per 1,000 employees and cuts absenteeism by 11%, worth $700K annually.
I've seen 4 or 5 different companies doing something similar. None of them have really taken off. $415K in revenues, that's good. I mean, I'm looking for a trillion-dollar business. What happens here?
So this is a benefit for the individual. What we see is people are like, oh, I met someone who I wouldn't have connected with, and then we had a conversation and that sparked a new line of business. And so I had a personal benefit as well as a benefit for the company, and they feel that. So it's like a flywheel effect. How is this getting seeded?
We tell them, it's like, do you want to save $1.5 million for each 1,000 employees, we can decrease absenteeism by 11%. That's $700,000. We can also boost productivity and sales levels by 6%.
I just wanted to go back to, you want a trillion-dollar business. We see this as being for everyone and ultimately being the global well-being market.
