Great CEOs need a clear vision and deep understanding of the problem they're solving. The best ones are driven by impact, not profit. Money is a signal of success, not the main goal.

And any great CEO, whether it's a nonprofit or for-profit, needs to have a vision, needs to know what problem they're trying to solve, and is focused on impact, focused on making an impact in the world, not making money. You'll find that the best entrepreneurs out there are not really motivated by money primarily. Money might be a byproduct of what they do, sort of a signal of a good outcome, but certainly not the point.
